Over the last weekend, Lesotho Ultra Trail in association with Maliba Lodge hosted the biggest trail running in the country. It was full of big mountain adventure, high altitude, excitement and joy.
The race was divided into 38km Mountain Challenge and 50 Km Ultra Marathon. The 38km route is the same as the 50km route for the first 36km. It’s only at the main Aid Station that the route splits off from the 50km and heads back to the finish at Maliba Lodge.
There was an epic showdown by participants and we had some amazing winners in the end. The preliminary results show these as winners:
